CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of OAG events, including housing, MUST be made in writing to the OAG office at least seven (7) business days prior to the Symposium.
NO SHOW POLICY:
If you register for the OAG Symposium and do not attend, you will be charged a fee equivalent to the published housing, meals and/or activity fee.
OAG PRIVACY POLICY:
The OAG produces an Onsite Program which includes the following business information of registered GI delegates: full name, address, telephone, fax and e-mail. This information will not be used for any other purpose by the OAG.
OAG PHOTO POLICY:
In registering for the Symposium, you acknowledge that photos or images of you may be taken during the course of the event. You further acknowledge that these photos may be used for promotional purposes for this and future events and may appear on the OAG website. They will be used solely for the purpose of OAG.
